CorrectMyPaper is an AI-powered manuscript review tool for academic writing. It reviews uploaded manuscripts and returns suggested corrections, checklists, and study recommendations so you can revise with clearer next steps.

CorrectMyPaper is designed for academic and professional documents — research papers, theses, grant proposals, and similar written work. You agree not to use the service to process illegal content, generate spam, or circumvent the intended usage limits.

All corrections and suggestions are AI-generated. They are recommendations, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for reviewing, accepting, or rejecting any suggested changes before submitting your work. CorrectMyPaper is not a substitute for professional editing or peer review.

You retain full ownership of everything you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your manuscripts, reviewer comments, or other content. Your work is never used to train AI models.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI review pipeline for the sole purpose of providing you with corrections and feedback.

You sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth. Each account receives free review credits on signup. Additional review credits can be purchased or included through a subscription plan.

Review credits are non-transferable between accounts. Consumed credits are not refundable, but if a manuscript review run fails, no credits are charged. Unused subscription credits carry over within your billing period as described in your plan.

Paid plans and review-credit top-ups are processed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

CorrectMyPaper is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You can stop using CorrectMyPaper at any time by deleting your manuscripts and contacting us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

On account closure, all your data (manuscripts, corrections, uploaded files) is permanently deleted.

CorrectMyPaper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated corrections, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
